The eABS-GF filament from eSun combines the proven properties of ABS with fiberglass reinforcement to offer increased rigidity and toughness. Thanks to the fiberglass reinforcement, the material is particularly resistant to deformations and breaks. It is ideal for applications requiring high mechanical load capacity, such as manufacturing tools or fixtures. The chemical resistance of the filament also ensures that it can withstand demanding environments. With its matte surface and unique texture, the filament also offers visually appealing print results. Due to its high-temperature resistance, the material is perfect for use in vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, campers, or even shipbuilding. Parts subjected to high thermal loads, such as hooks, brackets, or fixtures, can be easily manufactured with eABS-GF since it maintains its stability even at high temperatures. Info: Due to the high fiberglass content, we recommend using nozzles with a diameter of at least 0.4 mm. Because fiberglass significantly accelerates the wear of brass nozzles, you should use stainless steel nozzles or nozzles with a hardened insert to ensure a longer lifespan.
