Thanks to the fiberglass reinforcement, the material is particularly resistant to deformation and breaks. It is ideal for applications requiring high mechanical load capacity, such as in the manufacturing of tools or fixtures. The chemical resistance of the filament also ensures that it performs well in demanding environments. With its matte surface and unique texture, the filament also provides visually appealing print results. Due to its high-temperature resistance, the material is perfect for use in vehicles like cars, motorcycles, campers, or even shipbuilding. Parts exposed to high thermal loads, such as hooks, brackets, or fixtures, can be easily manufactured with eABS-GF, as it maintains its stability even at high temperatures. Info: Due to the high fiberglass content, we recommend using nozzles with a diameter of at least 0.4 mm. Since fiberglass significantly accelerates the wear of brass nozzles, you should use stainless steel nozzles or nozzles with a hardened insert to ensure a longer lifespan.
