The eABS-GF filament from eSun combines the proven properties of ABS with fiberglass reinforcement to provide increased rigidity and toughness. Thanks to the reinforcement with fiberglass, the material is particularly resistant to deformations and breakage. It is ideal for applications requiring high mechanical strength, such as manufacturing tools or fixtures. The chemical resistance of the filament also ensures that it performs well in demanding environments. With its matte surface and unique texture, the filament also offers visually appealing print results. Due to its high temperature resistance, the material is perfect for use in vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, campers, or even in shipbuilding. Parts exposed to high thermal loads, such as hooks, brackets, or fixtures, can be easily produced with eABS-GF, as it maintains its stability even at high temperatures. This material is particularly suited for use in industry and mechanical engineering due to its high strength and durability.

Info: Due to the high fiberglass content, we recommend using nozzles with a diameter of at least 0.4 mm. Since fiberglass significantly accelerates the wear of brass nozzles, you should use stainless steel nozzles or nozzles with a hardened insert to ensure a longer lifespan.
