The eABS-GF filament from eSun combines the proven properties of ABS with glass fiber reinforcement to offer increased rigidity and toughness. Thanks to the reinforcement with glass fibers, the material is particularly resistant to deformations and fractures. It is ideal for applications where high mechanical load capacity is required, such as in the manufacturing of tools or fixtures. The chemical resistance of the filament also ensures that it holds up in demanding environments. With its matte surface and unique texture, the filament also provides visually appealing print results. Its high temperature resistance makes the material perfect for use in vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, campers, or even in shipbuilding. Parts that are exposed to high thermal loads, such as hooks, brackets, or fixtures, can be easily manufactured with eABS-GF, as it retains its stability even at high temperatures. Info: Due to the high glass fiber content, we recommend using nozzles with a diameter of at least 0.4 mm. As glass fibers significantly accelerate the wear of brass nozzles, you should opt for stainless steel nozzles or nozzles with a hardened insert to ensure a longer service life.
