5-30V Trigger Time Relay Module with USB

With this timer relay, you can set a delay from 0.1sec to 999min before the module turns on or off. The input voltage is 5-30V, and the trigger voltage is 3-24V. You can power the module via a crimp terminal or microUSB. The module has an LED display and four buttons to set the time delay and other modes. The module has polarity protection.

Operating instructions:

  • The module has four buttons: STOP, SET, UP, and DOWN. The STOP button can be used to turn the entire module on or off. You can switch between different modes and set the delay time with the SET, UP, and DOWN buttons.
  • After connecting the supply voltage, you must press the SET button for two seconds to switch to mode selection. There are a total of four different modes: P1, P2, P3, and P4, which are then divided into subcategories P1.1, P1.2, P1.3, P3.1, etc. You can switch between the modes with UP and DOWN.
  • Once you've found the desired mode, press SET again to set the time. You can use UP and DOWN to set the time and STOP to move the decimal place.
  • After setting the time or times (depending on the mode), press SET again for two seconds, then release it and wait until the display shows 000. The module is then ready for operation.

Mode List:

  • P1: The module switches on as soon as the trigger signal is detected and stays on for the set "OP" time. Depending on the mode, the following happens if a trigger signal is detected again during the on-time:
  • P1.1: Nothing, the time continues to run off, and then the module switches off until it is triggered again.
  • P1.2: The time restarts and runs from the beginning again.
  • P1.3: The module switches off.
  • P2: After the trigger signal, the set "CL" time expires before the module switches on for the set "OP" time and then switches off again.
  • P3.1: After the trigger signal, the module switches on for the set "OP" time. After the "OP" time has expired, the module switches off until the set "CL" time has expired. This cycle is then repeated for the set "LOP" value. If a signal is detected again while the "CL" time is running down, the whole thing starts over.
  • P3.2: In this mode, the whole thing from P3.1 happens without needing a trigger signal.
  • P4: As long as a trigger signal is present, the module remains switched on. As soon as the signal is gone, the "OP" time begins to run down, and the module subsequently switches off.
